About BOU
The Bangladesh Open University was finally established on 21 October 1992. It is a public university with its main campus in Board Bazar, Gazipur District, Dhaka. It is the world’s eighth-largest university by enrollment. Bangladesh Open University (BOU) is a place for belief. It is a place that inspires imagination, to nurtures creativity, and innovative ideas. Here we look forward to learning, exploring, and growing together. BOU is the country’s only open and distance-learning institution. Here offering flexible and affordable educational opportunities to disadvantaged people.
